1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that departmental enquiry is pending against the petitioner w.e.f. from 17.11.2017 initiated by Respondent No. 1, therefore respondent authorities may be directed to conclude the same expeditiously.

2. The prayer appears to be just and reasonable. Therefore, the respondents are directed to conclude the departmental enquiry pending for more than 4 years within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
