On 11.07.2016, the trial Court was directed to decide the suit at the earliest preferably within 9 months. On 03.04.2017, the time was extended by 6 months, however, the trial Court has yet again sent a request for extension of time.

It appears that the final argument of one of the parties was already heard by the trial Court and it was pending only for hearing the other side.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is allowed three months further time to decide the suit. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
