Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 13/12/2017

1. This is an application for correction of date of order mentioned in the order passed by this Court while finally disposing of WPS No. 5769 of 2017. It is stated that the matter was listed on 02.11.2017, however, the date of order is wrongly mentioned as 18.05.2017.

2. Record of the WPS No. 5769 of 2017 is available. Official order sheet of Additional Registrar (Judicial)/Deputy Registrar recorded on 31.10.2017 would indicate that the case was listed before this Court on 02.11.2017 and not on 18.05.2017.

3. In view of the above, the MCC is allowed and the date of order passed in WPS No. 5769 of 2017 is directed to be corrected as "02.11.2017" instead of "18.05.2017".

4. The remaining part of the order passed in WPS No. 5769 of 2017 shall remain unaltered.
