1. The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the Respondent No. 2 vide Anneuxre P-1, vide the

-2impugned order the Respondent No. 02 has rejected the application seeking for grant of Permanent Stage Carriage Permit to the petitioner for the route between Pirhi to Raipur via Bhoring, Tumgaon, Arang and two return trips.

2. The perusal of the records shows that the application of the petitioner has been rejected only on the ground that the timing of vehicle was not reflected, so far as its arrival and departure at the destination at tahsil headquarter is concerned.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, if the rejection is only on the ground that the petitioner was unable to provide the actual timing of the vehicle, let the petitioner make a fresh representation to the respondents, who in turn shall consider the same in terms of the Rules governing the field so far as issuance of Permanent Stage Carriage Permit is concerned.

4. Let the petitioner make a representation/application before the Respondent No. 2 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order and the respondent authorities may decide the same afresh within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the application of the petitioner. While deciding the same, the concerned authorities should not be in any manner influenced by the order dated 25.04.2019.
