1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner though was appointed in the year 1995 and is working with the Rani Rashmi Devi Singh Government College, Khairagarh (respondent No. 3) without any interruption and the job is of perennial in nature. It is stated that despite the direction and the circular of the State dated 05.03.2008, wherein, the circular was issued that the person who have rendered service for a particular period may be regularized. But the petitioner till date had not been regularized and till today the petitioner is rendering his service with Rani Rashmi Devi Singh

Government College, Khairagarh (Respondent No.3). Learned counsel fro the petitioner submits that the petitioner had made a representation to the Respondent No.3, who is the appointing authority to regularise the services, however the same is not decided till date and the petitioner still continues status to be status of daily wages from 1995.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, the liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with all the relevant documents and the circular to Principal, Rani Rashmi Devi Singh Government College, Khairagarh (Respondent No.3) for regularization of his service within a period of two weeks, thereafter, the said representation shall be decided by Respondent No.3 within a period of further 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of representation.
