1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that father of the petitioner was in service with Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited, who died on 29.01.20019, subsequent to that brother of the petitioner namely Shankar Lal Sidar who was appointed on compassionate ground who also died on

09.04.2014.

3. The limited prayer of the petitioner is that therefore the petitioner may be appointed on compassionate ground for which it is stated that the petitioner has made a representation to Executive Engineer, C.S.P.D.C.L. Tifra (Respondent No. 5) and the same is not being decided, therefore, the limited prayer is only the same may be decided and the petitioner may be given the compassionate appointment.

4. Without any observation on the merits of the case, considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to Chairman, C.G. State power Distribution Company Limited, Danganiya, Raipur (Respondent No. 2) within a period of 2 weeks and thereafter, Respondent No.2 may decide the representation for compassionate appointment taking into ground all relevant factor within a further period of 90 days, from the date of receipt of copy of representation.
