1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the only limited prayer made in this petition is that the land of the petitioners were acquired by the National Mineral Development Corporation (Respondent No.2), however because of the fact that the petitioners being the daughter, their names were not recorded in the revenue records. As such, according to the policy of the National Mineral Development Corporation they were not given the compensation i.e. job, therefore, they had made a representation to the Collector, Baster that may be decided.

2. Learned State counsel submits that there is no receiving on the representation (Annexure P-2), which is made.

3. Considering the averments made that the petitioners' names were inadvertently left out in the revenue records though they were entitled for the benefit granted to others. The petitioners shall be at liberty to make a representation as per the prayer. Accordingly, it is ordered that if the petitioners make a fresh representation to the Collector, Baster with a copy to Respondent No.2, wherein they may plead all the facts in detail, the same may be decided by the Collector within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of such representation. The petitioners shall be at liberty to file a fresh representation within a period of four weeks.
