1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has prayed for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 to take steps for ensuring compliance of the order dated 30.10.2018, passed by the respondent No.2 in respect of the payment of gratuity to the petitioner is concerned.

2. Given the fact that there is already an order passed by the respondent No.2 so far as the payment of gratuity to the petitioner is concerned, let the respondent No.2 at the same time also take necessary steps ensuring that the application for execution of the award moved by the petitioner is considered and decided at the earliest in accordance with the Rules and Regulations governing the field.

3. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
