1. Petitioner's husband is an accused in crime No. 455/2019 for offence under Section 20 (b) of the N.D.P.S. Act and he has been put in custody. Petitioner moved an application for providing a copy of the
CCTV footage and mobile CDR location of raiding party which was rejected by learned Special Judge N.D.P.S, Jagdalpur by order dated 03/09/2019 giving liberty to the petitioner to file an application to the Superintendent of Police, Sukma and Bastar. Accordingly, the petitioner herein moved an application before the Superintendent of Police, Sukma and Bastar which is pending consideration since 09/09/2019.
2. Be that as it may, the concerned Superintendent of Police, Sukma and Bastar are directed to consider and decide petitioner's application in accordance with law expeditiously. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
3. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition (criminal) stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
