This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 04-10-2017 passed in WPS No. 5190/2017.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states before this Court that order dated 12-01-2018 rejecting the representation of the petitioner has now been passed. The petitioner intends to challenge the order of rejection of representation by separately constituted petition. 3.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to initiate contempt proceeding. The contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection of representation by separately constituted petition.
