The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the action on part of the respondents in transferring the respondent No.5 as the Block Education Officer, Basna, District Mahasamund vide order dated 04/10/2018. 2.

The solitary contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that, the petitioner is already posted on the said post since 2015 onwards and he is discharging his duties uninterruptedly and by implementation of the

impugned order Annexure-P/1, there is all likelihood of disturbance to the position of the petitioner without there being any specific posting order of the petitioner while the respondent No.5 has been ordered to be posted against the post which the petitioner is discharging. 3.

Given the nature of dispute, this Court is of the opinion that, the grievance has to be redressed at the Government level and therefore let the respondent No.1 take an appropriate decision in respect of the dispute of posting of the petitioner as well as the respondent No.5 by passing an appropriate order at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from today.

Meanwhile, it is ordered that, let status-quo as it exists today be maintained till the final decision is taken by the respondents. 5.
