1. It is submitted that despite expiry of three months from the date of submission of representation, appeal of the petitioner has not been decided.

2. It appears that till date no order has been communicated to the petitioner. The respondent is directed to communicate to the petitioner. The order shall be passed in compliance of the order of this Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the appeal has not been decided, the authority shall clearly communicate this fact to the petitioner. The contempt petition is disposed off with liberty to revive in case eventuality so arises.
