The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 3969/2009 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 20.07.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly taking into consideration the nature of the petition filed by the petitioner, the present MCC is allowed. It is directed that subject to the applicant depositing cost of Rs.1500/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund Account No. 32749718036 and furnishing receipt of the same within a period of 7 days from today to the Registry of this Court, WPS No. 3969 of 2009 shall be restored to its original number.
