1. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has been appointed in the year, 2015, but till date his services has not been regularized. According to the petitioner, the claim of the petitioner is already pending consideration before the respondent No.3.
2. Given the limited prayer which the petitioner has raised, this court does not intend to keep this petition pending any further rather ends of justice would meet if this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for regularization at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is ordered accordingly.
3. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion so far as the eligibility and entitlement of the petitioner for regularization is concerned.
