Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 01/02/2017 Though it is submitted that the respondents have passed an order keeping in abeyance the transfer order which is contemptuous in nature, I am not impressed by the submission in view of the liberty granted by this Court as stated in para 3 of order dated 02/12/2016.

Therefore, the petition is dismissed, however, leaving it open for the petitioner to exercise his right to challenge the order dated 06/01/2017 on such grounds, as may be available to him under law. Contempt petition is accordingly dismissed.
