For Respondent : None ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hon'ble Smt. Justice Vimla Singh Kapoor Order on Board 03.10.2019 (1) This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 19.02.2019 passed in CrMP No. 2550 of 2018.

(2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that CRMP No. 2550 of 2018 was restored to its original number on 19.02.2019 whereas it has wrongly been typed as CRR No. 742 of 2006 between paragraphs No. 3, 4 and 5 instead of CRMP No. 535 of 2007, therefore, it may be modified accordingly.

(3) Prayer is fair and reasonable, therefore, it is directed that now the order passed in CRMP No. 2250 of 2018 on 19.02.2019 between paragraphs No. 3, 4 and 5 case number CRR No. 742 of 2006 be read as CRMP No.535 of 2007.

(4) The order dated 19.02.2019 stands modified accordingly and be read along with this order.
