Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 22/06/2017 Heard.

1. By this petition, a prayer has been made for fixing the time limit for taking decision in terms of the what was observed earlier by this Court in order dated 24.8.2016 passed in WPS No.162 of 2016.

2. Without entering into factual aspects, in view of the return of the respondents that due to movement of the officers, the decision could not be taken and that respondents would be deciding the matter soon, this Court is inclined to dispose off the matter with a direction to decide petitioner's claim of appointment within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
