1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification/correction of the order dated 09.10.2018, passed by this Court in WPS No. 6534/2018.

2. On perusal of the contents of the MCC, it appears that there was a typographical error while passing the order in as much as instead of High Court of Chhattisgarh as the respondent No.1 in the cause title, the office has shown the cause title as State of Chhattisgarh.

3. Accordingly, the order dated 09.10.2018 stands modified and in place of State of Chhattisgarh in the cause title, it shall be read as "High Court of Chhattisgarh".

4. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.

5. The copy of this order be made part of the record of WPS No. 6534/2018.

6. Certified copy today.
