It is submitted that despite order of the Court though the petitioners have been allowed to continue to work, salary is not being paid to the petitioners for the last three months. At this stage, this petition is disposed off with the direction that the respondents shall ensure that the petitioners are paid their salary because they have been directed by interim order to continue in the services. It goes without saying that if the person is allowed to continue to work, his salary is required to be paid. The respondents shall ensure release of the salary of the petitioners within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the salary is not so released, the petitioners may revive this petition and disobedience of the order of the Court shall be viewed strictly.
