30.10.2018 1.
The relief sought for by the petitioners in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to decide the representation pending before respondent no.2.
2.
The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners are two male Staff Nurses available at Civil Hospital, Bhatapara and that there are about 18 other Staff Nurses also available but they are not given the night shifts regularly and it is only the petitioners who are frequently given the said duty which is causing great inconvenience to them. 3.
This Court is of the opinion that the nature of relief sought for is not one which could be redressed in exercise of the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
4.
Given the facts, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach respondent no.3 who in turn may consider and redress the grievance of the petitioners in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field.
