At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court on 08-02-2016 in WPC No.316 of 2016 has been now complied with and the entire undisputed amount has been released in favour of the petitioner. In these circumstances, learned counsel for petitioner does not wish to proceed further in the matter.

Learned counsel for respondent also makes similar statement. 4.

After going through the submission made by learned counsel for the parties and the reply, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. 5.
