1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that her application for maternity leave filed as back as on 22/09/2018 has yet not been decided by respondent No. 4.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation in support of her application for grant of maternity leave before respondent No. 4, which will be considered and decided by respondent No. 4 expeditiously strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
