1. At the outset the petitioner prays for an appropriate direction to the respondents No.2&3 to take an appropriate decision on the complaint which the petitioner has lodged against the respondent No.5 in respect of the misuse of the property of Shri Radhakrishna Swami Mandir situated at Village Haldi, Tehsil Gunderdehi, District Balod.

2. Learned counsel for the State opposes the petition on the ground that the petitioner is totally bereft of material details in respect of the right which the petitioner claims over the said property and also the other factual details.

3. Be that as it may, considering the fact that the petitioner's complaint which was made to the Collector has been marked to the Sub Divisional Officer, let the respondents No.2&3 take an appropriate decision in accordance with law governing the field at the earliest after due verification of facts.
