1. Heard.

2. Notice was issued to the respondent in this contempt petiton and reply has been filed today, in which communication dated 22/04/2017 has been placed on record, which shows that the Corporation has rejected petitioner's claim and informed the petitioner that substantial payment has already been made in the said communication. The petitioner has been asked to submit copies of certain documents for further consideration.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this decision is wrong and contrary to the record of the respondent and the petitioner is entitled to appropriate payment.

3. This Court has examined the communication dated 22/04/2017 of the respondent-Corporation as also the amount in dispute. Communication dated 22/04/2017 shows that according to the respondent, payments have been made and the petitioner has been asked to submit certain documents. Therefore, I am not inclined to proceed further in the

matter. Rule is discharged. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy as may be available to him under the law, if according to him, some more payment is required to be made in comparison to what has been paid by the respondent.
