1. Countering allegation of willful disobedience of the order of the Court, the respondent has placed before this Court an order dated 12.04.2017 which shows that the petitioner's representation has been considered and rejected for certain reasons.

2. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy of this order has been supplied to him today, itself and he may be granted some time to go through it, it being a contempt matter, I do not think that any time should be granted. There may be an argument that order is not proper or legal. But that could not be a ground to say that the order is contemptuous in nature. The Authority, for its own reason, has considered the merits of the issue and has passed an order. Irrespective of the ground, which may be available to the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of the order, once a detailed order has been passed, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The rule is discharged and the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of order in appropriately constituted petition.
