The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of W.P. (C) No. 2036/2007 which got dismissed on 10.11.2016 for want of prosecution.

The reasons mentioned in the application for non appearance of the petitioner on 10.11.2016 seems to be satisfactory.

Accordingly, the present MCC is allowed and W.P. (C) No. 2036/2007 is restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
