The present writ petition has been filed seeking for the following reliefs:

"10.1) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby directing the respondent authorities No.2 to decide the petitioner's application for resolving the problems in collection of land revenue, in accordance with law. 10.2) That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given."

Prima-facie this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition is not maintainable for the relief sought for in the writ petition. Moreover, it is not a case where the fundamental rights of the petitioner which

stands infringed against which the writ petition has been filed, neither is the writ petition in the form of the PIL.

Given the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition being totally misconceived and the same deserves to be and is accordingly rejected.
