1. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the order of the Court has been complied with and the petitioner has been allowed to resume his duties.

2. This factual position is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid admitted position that the petitioner has been allowed to resume his duties and is presently working, meaning thereby, the interim order has now been complied with, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter.

4. Rule is accordingly discharged, however, with caution to respondent No.1 to remain careful and cautious in future while complying with direction and order of the Court.

5. The petition is disposed off.
