The relief sought for by the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is for appropriate direction to Respondent No.2 for early disposal of the Second Appeal which the Petitioner has preferred on 28.8.2021. 2.
Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that he has instructions to state that the Second Appeal which the Petitioner has preferred has many deficiencies and the same is lying in defaults. He further submits that subject to the Petitioner curing the defaults, the Second Appeal shall be decided at the earliest. 3.
Given the said submissions by learned Counsel for Respondent No.2, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of directing that, subject to the Petitioner approaching the office of the Respondent No.2 and curing the defaults, the Second Appeal preferred by the Petitioner shall be decided by Respondent No.2 at the earliest. 4.
