1. The present MCC has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.07.2019 passed in WPC No.2319 of 2019.

2. It is contended that by inadvertent mistake in the original petition bearing WPC No.2319 of 2019, the respondent No.2 has been described as Collector, Bijapur whereas it should be Collector, Dantewada. Therefore, it is submitted that instead of describing respondent No.2 as Collector Bijapur it may be modified as Collector, Dantewada.

3. No objection is made by learned State counsel.

4. Considering the nature of modification sought for, it is directed that the order dated 11.07.2019 passed in WPC No.2319 of 2019, the description of respondent No.2 be modified as Collector, Dantewada instead of Collector, Bijapur.
