1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to make representation before respondents No. 3 and 4 for payment of arrears of the revised pay-scale.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before respondents No. 3 and 4 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which will be considered and decided by respondents No. 3 and 4 within 90 days from the date of filing of the representation in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
