1. The defaults pointed out by the Registry stands condoned.

2. The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of Writ Petition (T) No.07 of 2007 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 10.03.2017.

3. For the reasons assigned in the MCC and finding them to be satisfactory, MCC is allowed and Writ Petition (T) No.07 of 2007 is

restored to its original number subject to applicants depositing an amount of Rs.1000/- as cost in the account of Chhattisgarh High Court (Middle income group) Legal Aid Society.
