1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that though belatedly, the order passed by the Court has been complied with and petitioner's claim has been considered and an order has been passed on 9.2.2017.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have not properly considered the representation of the petitioner in accordance with Law and the direction and order of the Court.

3. I find that while disposing off the writ petition earlier, this Court had not decided any issue of Law or fact. Therefore, in these circumstances, I do not think that the respondents have acted in willful disobedience in passing the order in a particular manner. Therefore, reserving liberty to the petitioner to work out remedy against the order which has now been passed on 9.2.2017, rule is discharged and the petition is finally disposed off.
