Learned counsel for the respondent referring to the averments made in the reply and documents annexed along with the reply, submits that the representation of the petitioner has been decided vide order dated 10-072017. Learned counsel for respondent tendered unconditional apology for the delay in compliance of the order passed by this Court. 2.
Having considered the submission made above, I am inclined to accept the apology though with the word of caution to the authority to remain careful in future to ensure that the order passed by this Court is complied with within the stipulated period, unless extension is granted by the Court.

As representation of the petitioner has already been decided, no
further orders are required to be passed. Rule is discharged. 4.
Accordingly, the petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 10-07-2017 on such grounds as may be available to the petitioner under the law.
