Versus
Smt. Kalawati Rathiya W/o Phulsingh Rathiya, aged about 61 years, R/o Village Gidha Tahsil & P.S. Kharsiya, District Raigarh, Chhattisgarh ---- Respondent For Applicant :
Shri Sunil Pillai, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 19/05/2017 Heard on I.A. No.01/2017 seeking condonation of delay in filing the MCC.
For the reasons assigned in the said application and finding them to be satisfactory, I.A. No.01 is allowed and the delay in filing the MCC stands condoned.
Also heard the MCC.
It has been preferred seeking for extension of time which was granted to the respondents in W.P.(L) No. 195 of 2016 on 26.10.2016. The matter relates to the fixation of CPF/Pension payable to the petitioner therein. This Court while disposing of the said writ petition had directed the respondents 1 to 3 to take a final decision within a period of three months.
Counsel for the applicants submits that because of administrative reasons though the file has been processed yet further time is required for
finalisation of the same and prays for three months more time for compliance of the directives given by this Court.
The prayer of the counsel for the applicants seems to be reasonable. Accordingly, the present MCC is allowed and the applicants herein are granted further three month's more time form today for complying with the order passed by this Court in WP(L) No. 195 of 2016. It is expected that all endeavour shall be made by the present applicants to conclude the proceeding within the stipulated period.
