Sam Koshy Order On Board 30.10.2017 During the course of hearing, counsel for the respondent produced a document dated 11.10.2017 whereby as per the interim order passed by this Court on 21.03.2017 in WPS No. 1362 of 2017, the order of transfer issued in favour of the petitioner has been stayed and she has been permitted to resume her duties in the Office at Raipur pending the writ petition i.e. WPS No. 1362 of 2017.

Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this aspect. 3.

In the light of the order dated 11.10.2017 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Raipur, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in this case. Accordingly, the instant contempt case stands disposed of and the respondent stands discharged from the contempt proceeding.
