Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the order passed by this Court on 20.3.2017 in W.P.S. No. 1325 of 2017 has already been honoured and complied with vide order dated 6.10.2017. 2.
The said order dated 6.10.2017 has been passed by the Respondent, accepting the directions given by this Court and granting all the benefits of interest to the Petitioner.

Let the order dated 6.10.2017 passed by the Respondent be brought on record during the course of the day itself. 4.
In the light of the order having been passed on 6.10.2017, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the instant contempt petition.
