With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally at admission stage.

Learned counsel for the parties would jointly submit that a similar petition bearing WPC No.319/2017 (Madhu Agrawal vs Union of India and others) has been disposed of by the Coordinate Bench on 06.11.2017.

In view of the joint submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in Madhu Agrawal (supra).
