1. These are two writ petitions filed by the husband and wife challenging the same impugned order. Since the same order is under challenge, this Court is disposing of both the two writ petitions by a common order.

2. The ground of challenge is that vide Annexure P/1 dated 12.07.2019 the petitioner/wife is being sent from Govt. Middle School, Parpodi, Block Saja to Government Primary School Raveli, Block Bemetara and the petitioner/husband is being transferred from Govt. Girls Middle School, Parpodi, Block Saja to Govt. Middle School, Badnara, Block Nawagarh, thus, the place of posting of the husband and wife have been changed, who till date were at the same place and same block. Both husband and wife have made a request that the respondent No.2 may consider the posting to the husband and wife at the same block.

3. Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.2 within 10 days, who in turn shall consider the representation and pass a fresh order and try to accommodate both the petitioners i.e. the husband and wife as far as possible at the same place or nearby place. Let an order be passed at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Till the representations of the petitioners are decided, let status-quo as it exists today be maintained so far as the places of posting of both the petitioners are concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
