This petition is directed against the order of suspension dated 17.11.2021 passed by the Divisional Joint Director Education Office, Durg, C.G.

When the matter is taken up Mr. Das would submit that the order is appealable before the Director of Public Instructions under the C.G. Civil
Services (Control and Appeal) Rules of 1966.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority which may be directed to be considered and decided at the earliest. 3.
If such an appeal is preferred before the appellate authority, within 15 days from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within 45 days from the date of presentation of the appeal. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stand disposed of.
