Only limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is daily wager working under the respondent No.3, Divisional Forest Officer and she was engaged in 2006 on a compassionate ground and work is being rendered continuously, however application has been filed for regularization of the services but the same is pending adjudication. 2.

Considering the submission made only prayer is made to decide the representation for regularization, concerned respondent is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the order.
