Heard on petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for correction of the crime number as well as for correction of section in the bail order dated 20.12.2016, passed in M.Cr.C. No.8119/2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that because wrong crime number was mentioned in the lower Court order, therefore, wrong crime number has also been mentioned in the bail petition, consequently, in the order of this Court. It is stated that in fact crime number is 186/2016 and the offence under Section 456 and 354 (B) of I.P.C..

State counsel was directed to call for the case diary. 4.

State counsel submits that actual crime number is 186/2016 and the offence is under Section 456 and 354 (B) of I.P.C. and no other offence is registered against the applicant.

Perused the case diary and the documents.

Considering the same, it is directed that in the order dated 20.12.2016, passed in M.Cr.C. No.8119/2016, the Crime No.172/2016 and offence U/s. 406 and 354-B of I.P.C. be read as Crime No.186/2016 and offence under Section 456 and 354 (B) of I.P.C.. The rest of the order shall remain as it is.
