Considering the nature of dispute raised by the petitioners and also the fact that the petitioners are Central Govt. employee, this court is of the opinion that the petitioners ought to have ventilated their grievances by filing a petition before the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal. Reserving the right of the petitioners for filing an Original Appeal before the appropriate Central Administrative Tribunal, the writ petition in its present form stands disposed of.
