Petitioner contends that the petitioner was working as Upper Division Teacher, Government Middle School, Banki Site, Korba. By an order dated 29/12/2018 she was transferred to Government Higher Secondary School, Lamkani, Bagbahara, District Mahasamund which is 200 kms away. It is stated that the petitioner being lady a request letter was made to the respondent No.2 on 7/01/2019 to reconsider her place of transfer to any place at District Korba, however revised list though was issued on 19/02/2019 name of the petitioner was not enlisted therein. Subsequently, another application though have been filed on the ground that the petitioner has to look after her ailing mother-in-law and father-inlaw as such she may be transferred to some government school which are still lying vacant either to Government Higher Secondary School (Girls),

SADA, Korba or Government Higher Secondary School, Tarbahar, Block Belha, District Bilaspur. It is stated that last application was filed on 6/08/2019, same is not being decided.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already made an application/request for transfer of her service to other school either in Bilaspur or Korba, same is not being decided, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that this court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
