The same issue was dealt with by this Court in WPC No.1654 of 2018, which was dismissed on 20.6.2018 and the same was afÏrmed by the Division Bench of this Court on 16.7.2018 in WA No.561 of 2018, against which, the petitioner did not move the Supreme Court, therefore, the orders have attained finality.

3. Second writ petition on the same facts, grounds, cause of action and relief is not maintainable.
