Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has already been relieved, therefore, at present, the petition has become infructuous. However, he prays for liberty to file a duly constituted petition if any cause of action still arises in future. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
