Earlier the first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 20.12.2016 in M.Cr.C. No.8145/2016 and the liberty was granted to the applicant to repeat the bail application before the trial Court after filing of the charge-sheet and after filing of the charge-sheet, the present bail application has been directly filed before this Court. Therefore, in view of the order dated 20.12.2016, passed in M.Cr.C. No.8145/2016, I am not inclined to entertain this bail application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.

However, the liberty granted to the applicant earlier vide order dated 20.12.2016 in M.Cr.C. No.8145/2016 shall be available to the applicant. balram Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge
