3. The Registry has dismissed said writ petition on 04.09.2018.

4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the M.C.C. is allowed. Writ Petition (S) No. 4385 of 2018 is restored to its original number.

5. The default has already been removed by the applicant.

6. The MCC is disposed off accordingly.
