Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the applicant has been implicated on the basis of material which does not make out any case of commission of offence as alleged against the applicant. It is also submitted that it is not a case of abetment to commit suicide that the prosecutrix, in a given situation, may have committed suicide.

This Court considered the submission on earlier round and the nature and gravity of offence alleged, rejected the application.
