As prayed, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the submission of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner, if so advised, may file necessary appeal before the appropriate authority as provided under Rules 1995 along-with application for condonation of delay, which may be considered objectively.
